Returns & Refunds

At Dolce Italia, we take great care in selecting and packing every product to ensure it arrives beautifully and in perfect condition.

If something isn’t right

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@dolceitalia.com.au, including your order number and photos.

For non-perishable items (such as water bottles or similar products), faults can be reported within 30 days of delivery.

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund, or repair, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

 


Food Products

Due to the nature of food, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If items arrive damaged or not of acceptable quality, please contact us as soon as possible.


Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 1-3 business days to your original payment method.
