📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. Bulk orders may ship in multiple package. 
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Please note: flammable items (such as sprays or diffusers) are shipped by road only in line with Australia Post safety requirements.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.
We use reputable carriers such as Australia Post or approved courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 4–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that shipping to Western Australia may take slightly longer, with estimated delivery times of 5–8 business days.

International Shipping

Dolce Italia now ships to selected international markets where shipping options are available at checkout.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the carrier service selected. Any estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Please note that some products may not be available for international shipping due to customs, import restrictions, food regulations, alcohol restrictions, or carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship an item to your selected destination, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or clearance fees that may apply in their country. Dolce Italia is not responsible for delays caused by customs or import processing.

Customers are responsible for checking their local import rules before placing an order, especially for food, grocery, gift hamper, or personal care products.

If a parcel is refused because of unpaid duties, taxes, customs charges, or import restrictions, any refund will be assessed after the parcel is returned to us, less shipping costs and any fees charged to Dolce Italia.

Shipping for Liquid & Heavier Items

For the following products, shipping is calculated at checkout due to weight and handling requirements:

  • Felce Azzurra Laundry Liquid
  • Felce Azzurra Body Wash
  • Felce Azzurra Fabric Softener

This ensures you are charged the most accurate delivery cost based on your location and order size.

Sunshine Coast Customers:
If you are located on the Sunshine Coast and wish to purchase bulk quantities, please contact us prior to placing your order. We’re happy to assist with larger orders. 

Hampers & Fragile Items

Hampers and fragile items are securely packed using protective materials.
Bottles and glass items are carefully cushioned to minimise damage.
We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the parcel.

Alcohol Orders (If Applicable)

Alcohol purchases are strictly 18+.
Photo ID may be required upon delivery.
Alcohol cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
Dolce Italia is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned parcels may incur a re-shipping fee.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email admin@dolceitalia.com.au with your order number and photos (if applicable)

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible


🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The incorrect product is received

  • The product is faulty or expired upon arrival

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photographic evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable food items

  • Opened or used products

  • Alcohol purchases

  • Gift hampers once delivered intact

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


❄️ Food Quality & Temperature Disclaimer

While we take great care in packaging, some products may be sensitive to heat. Dolce Italia cannot be held responsible for quality changes caused by extreme temperatures during transit.


💲 Pricing & Product Availability

All prices displayed on the Dolce Italia website are listed in AUD.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • Supplier price changes

  • Import costs and currency fluctuations

  • Availability of products

  • Seasonal or promotional adjustments

Dolce Italia reserves the right to modify product pricing, descriptions, and availability at any time.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

In the event of a pricing error, Dolce Italia reserves the right to cancel or amend an order and will contact the customer to arrange a refund or alternative solution if required.
